Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team in the Fitness & Wellness industry.

The candidate will be responsible for team management, membership sales, lead conversion, renewals, upselling, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Sales/BDE team.
Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, walk-ins, conversions, and sales pipeline.
Train the team on customer counselling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Support the team in closing high-value memberships.
Drive recent memberships, renewals, upgrades, Personal Training, and Nutrition Plan sales.
Review daily/weekly sales reports and take corrective actions.
Ensure proper CRM updates and lead follow-ups.
Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in customer retention.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.




Coordinate with the Club Manager for sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
26 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Previous team-handling experience is preferred.
Fitness/Gym, Retail, Hospitality, or B2C sales experience will be an advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation, leadership, and closing skills.
Valuable knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and MS Excel.
Target-oriented, confident, and highly disciplined.
Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
