Job Summary

EOS Globe is hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice and Non-Voice customer support processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice calls, chat and email.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Resolve customer queries within defined TAT and process guidelines.
Follow SOPs, quality standards and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Achieve defined productivity, quality,



attendance and customer-service targets.
Maintain excellent customer experience and minimize repeat complaints.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates/postgraduates preferred.
Positive English communication skills, depending on the process.
For non-voice roles, good written English and typing skills are required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
Good listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and willing to work in a target-driven workplace.
Freshers can apply; relevant BPO/customer service experience will be an advantage.
