Hardware & Networking Support Executive:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network connectivity.
Provide technical support to call centre agents, supervisors, and management.
Troubleshoot system hardware, operating system, software, and peripheral-related issues.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity or speed-related problems.
Manage user accounts, system access, IP addresses, and basic network configurations.
Perform regular maintenance and preventive checks of computers and networking equipment.
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, applications, and security updates.
Maintain IT inventory, including computers, networking devices, cables, accessories, and other equipment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per hour
