We are looking for a Java Trainer / Technical Trainer with 3- 4 years of experience to conduct technical training programs for students, trainees and institutional/client teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training on Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST API and SQL.
Visit colleges, institutions and training centres to conduct technical training programs.
Conduct practical coding sessions, workshops and hands-on training.
Prepare training materials, exercises and assignments.
Mentor and guide students/trainees in Java and software development.
Evaluate trainees through assignments, tests and projects.
Customize training programs based on institutional requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
34 years of experience in Java development and/or technical training.
Solid knowledge of Core Java, J2EE and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL and Hibernate/JPA.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Willingness to travel to colleges/institutions for training programs.
B.E./B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE or related field.
Key: This is a training-focused role. The selected candidate will conduct Java/software development training programs for students and trainees at colleges, institutions and client locations.
