Handle learner walk-ins and provide course & career guidance.
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Build solid relationships with learners and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
1-7yrs experience in career counselling/B2C sales across the education/EdTech industry.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Target-driven sales mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication & counselling skills.
