About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales of our industrial fans and dust collection systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to industrial/mechanical sales, solid client-facing skills, and the ability to understand technical specifications well enough to recommend the right product solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business leads for industrial fans, blowers, and dust collector systems across assigned territory/industries.
Visit prospective and existing clients (factories, manufacturing units, workshops) to understand their ventilation/dust extraction requirements.




Prepare and present technical-cum-commercial proposals, quotations, and product specifications to clients.
Coordinate with the design/engineering team for customized solutions based on client site requirements.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales orders.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Conduct site visits for technical assessment (airflow requirements, dust load, ducting layout, etc.) when required.
Coordinate with the production/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Provide after-sales support and handle client queries related to product performance.
Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, orders, and client interactions (CRM/reports).
Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and pricing in the HVAC/industrial ventilation sector.
