Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder – Fresher

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Business Development team and help generate leads, bid on projects, and build client relationships. The role involves identifying potential clients, bidding on projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:-
Find and generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
Search and identify potential domestic and International clients.
Create and submit professional project proposals.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
Support weekly and monthly sales targets.
Use AI tools to assist with research, proposals, and lead generation.

Required Skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including late-night shifts, to support clients in the
US, UK, and Canada.




Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
Basic understanding of IT, software development, cloud, or Salesforce.
Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
Valuable internet research and analytical skills.
Generate leads through online research, email, social media and calling.
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
Solid willingness to learn Upwork bidding, IT sales, and business development.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, CRM, and freelance platforms.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Freshers with basic IT knowledge and an interest in Sales, Business Development are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
