We are looking for a
Workday HCM Integration Architect
to lead enterprise-scale integration architecture, design, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure Workday integration solutions.
Lead
Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect & APIs
.
Drive integration architecture, governance, and best practices.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security & IT teams.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution guidance.
Troubleshoot complex integrations and drive modernization.

Key Requirements
8–20 years
of overall experience.
5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM Integration
experience.
Robust expertise in
Workday Studio, EIB, SOAP/REST APIs, Core Connectors & Report Writer
.
Experience with integration platforms such as
MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services or Informatica
.
Robust knowledge of
XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP, OAuth, SAML & JWT
.
Experience with Workday HCM modules including
Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Advantages & Payroll
.
Workday Integration/Studio certification is preferred.
