HR Executive – Compliance & Payroll

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible HR Executive – Compliance & Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll processing, employee records, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance. The candidate will ensure accurate salary processing, timely statutory filings, proper documentation, and adherence to applicable labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management
- Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees.
- Verify attendance, leaves, deductions, incentives, reimbursements, and salary adjustments.
- Prepare salary sheets and payroll reports.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for timely salary disbursement.
- Handle Full & Final Settlement, notice pay, leave encashment, and recoveries.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee salary data.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll.

Statutory Compliance
- Manage applicable statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, and other requirements.




- Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns and challans.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with CA, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.
- Stay updated with changes in applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support inspections, audits, and compliance-related documentation.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee master data and personnel records.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and payroll-related dashboards.
- Ensure employee documentation is complete and properly maintained.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Strong Excel/Google She
