About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Growth Marketing & Business Development Executive to help grow our brand presence and generate qualified B2B opportunities, primarily within the Pune market.

This is a hands-on role combining LinkedIn lead generation, social media marketing, content creation, business development, website management and adoption of AI tools.

The primary objective of the position is not simply to post content—it is to use marketing and prospecting activities to generate qualified leads and build a stronger business pipeline.

Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn & Lead Generation
- Identify relevant companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn and online research.
- Conduct structured LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator where available.
- Build targeted prospect databases for Pune and other identified markets.
- Draft personalised LinkedIn messages, emails and follow-ups.




- Maintain lead and follow-up records using CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities.

Social Media & Content
- Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Business Profile.
- Create and regularly publish relevant company posts.
- Develop simple graphics and marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Write captions, product posts, case studies and promotional content.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Track engagement, reach and lead-generation performance.

Website & Product Management
- Upload products to the company website using supplier/product catalogues.
- Write and structure product names, descriptions, specifications and categories.
- Upload and organise product images.
- Maintain accurate and skilled product listings.
- Assist with basic SEO and website-content improvements.

AI & Automation
- Learn and implement AI tools within marketing and business
