What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain SDTM and ADaM datasets in alignment with CDISC standards, employing metadata-driven transformations.
- Generate high-quality summary tables, data listings, and graphical analyses for study assessments and publications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and serve as an escalation point for programming tasks.
- Assist in developing and improving project standards and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Validate, QC, and improve existing programming tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with sponsors to deliver on time and to the highest quality standards.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience (6-10 years) in SAS programming within a clinical or life sciences environment.
- Deep knowledge of SDTM, CDISC standards, and metadata repositories.
- Proven expertise in data management, including EDC and third-party systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including non-routine programming challenges.
- Ability to produce and validate complex datasets, tables, and graphs with impeccable quality.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
