Business Development Manager – Campus & Corporate Alliances

Bengaluru, Karnataka (Requires flexibility for travel & relocation based on project demands)

Core Function:

Business Development, Strategic Alliances & Talent Acquisition Support

1. ROLE OBJECTIVE

Drive B2B growth and partnership expansion for our EdTech solutions across academic institutions (colleges/universities) and corporate enterprises. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable and ready to support talent acquisition/recruitment operations whenever project or enterprise client demands require it.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Business Development & Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and execute MoUs with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Deans, and Corporate HR leaders.

● Occasional Talent Acquisition Support (Mandatory Flexibility): Step in to manage recruitment operations, talent shortlisting, and campus/corporate hiring drives when required by project demands.





● Account & Event Management: Represent the organization at campus drives, industry events, and hackathons to maintain partner relationships and pipeline continuity.

● Solution Customization: Understand partner hiring/upskilling needs and collaborate with internal teams to align our product offerings.

3. CRITICAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY

Talent Acquisition Integration: You MUST be flexible enough to handle talent acquisition, recruitment drives, and candidate screening occasionally based on client requirements.
Travel & Relocation: Based in Bengaluru, but must be fully ready to travel for campus/corporate events and relocate temporarily or permanently based on project demands.

4. ELIGIBILITY & BASIC REQUIREMENTS

● Experience: Open to Freshers with high domain aptitude OR candidates with 0–5 years of experience in sales, alliances, or recruitment.
