Marketing Associate
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Marketing Associate to support business development, client management, and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with prospects, managing client requirements, and actively contributing to new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and coordinate prospect and client calls.
- Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach and by using other tools.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- Prepare and share business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Create and manage client invoices and coordinate related requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, clients, and follow-ups.
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and business growth.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with prospects and clients.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to create professional proposals and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
