The role focuses on achieving project sales targets, maintaining high CRM data accuracy, and handling complex customer situations and disputes. It contributes to business growth by improving conversion efficiency, strengthening customer trust, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions

· Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.

· Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Sales.

· Strong sales acumen with proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.





· High emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex customer situations.

· Solid problem-solving and dispute resolution capabilities.

· Strong ethical orientation and commitment to transparent selling.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
