We are seeking a dedicated Hardware Support Engineer responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic attendance and access control systems. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support to clients, ensuring smooth operation and functionality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning: Install and configure attendance and access control systems, including biometric / RFID devices and related hardware.
Hardware Setup: Mount devices, fix locks, lay cables, and ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.




Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in office and remotely through phone or email support.
Client Support: Provide timely support to clients, including on-site visits, remote sessions, and technical guidance as needed.
Site Surveys and Testing: Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, perform product testing, and deliver client training sessions as required.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Diploma in Electronics or I.T.I. in Electronics.
Experience: 1–5 years in the installation and maintenance of electronic systems.

Experience with CCTV and biometric devices is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electronics, including soldering, multimeter use, drilling, cabling, and LAN crimping.

Languages: Proficiency in English & Telugu and Hindi (preferred).
