We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator with 1–2 years of experience in operating lathe machines. The candidate will be responsible for operating the machine efficiently and accurately as part of our blade manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor lathe machines for manufacturing blade components.
- Set up machines, tools, and workpieces as per production requirements.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, and other basic lathe operations.
- Check dimensions and quality of finished components using measuring instruments.
- Maintain required production quality and output.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
- Report machine issues, defects, or production problems to the supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience operating a lathe machine.
- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of lathe machine operations and tools.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer.
- Positive understanding of workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
