Job Summary:

We are looking for a Restaurant Steward to support the restaurant service team and ensure a clean, organized, and pleasant dining experience for guests. The Steward will assist with table service, cleaning, food and beverage service, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and skilled manner.
- Set up tables with crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other required items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately as instructed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.
- Assist the Captain and service team during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service areas, and restaurant surroundings.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Refill water, condiments, napkins, and other table requirements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely food delivery.
- Assist guests with menu-related requests when required.
- Report guest complaints, damaged items,



or service issues to the Captain.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
