Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Timekeeper to maintain accurate records of workers' attendance, working hours, overtime, and manpower deployment at our construction/project site.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance records of workers and site staff.
- Record in-time, out-time, overtime, leave, and absences.
- Maintain daily manpower reports and worker deployment records.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and HR/Admin regarding attendance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
- Track overtime hours and maintain proper OT records.
- Verify attendance records before submitting them to HR/Accounts.
- Maintain records of labour/contractor manpower.
- Report late-coming, absenteeism, and unauthorized absences to the concerned supervisor/HR.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of attendance-related records.




- Assist HR/Admin in monthly salary and wage preparation by providing accurate attendance data.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee/labour records.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of attendance and payroll-related processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to work at a construction/project site.
- Knowledge of construction labour attendance and manpower records will be an advantage.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or project sites will be preferred.

Salary

20,000 35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
