Primary Skills
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Delinea Secret Server (PAM).
- Robust working knowledge of Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, and access administration.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, roles, and access management.
- Ability to troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and service requests.

Secondary Skills
- Understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), SSO, and identity lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of authentication and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, provisioning/deprovisioning, and access reviews.
- Understanding of IAM governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of reporting and data analysis using MS Office tools, particularly Excel

Preferred
- IAM-related certification(s) such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, or other relevant IAM certifications will be an added advantage.
