Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for solar inverters, batteries, and other renewable energy systems.
- Conduct field service calls to diagnose and repair issues with solar installations.
- Offer after-sales support services to customers, including troubleshooting and maintenance assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues related to solar power generation.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Diploma or degree holder in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of solar inverter technology, battery management systems, and renewable energy principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
