As we continue to build the Aventra brand, we are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Marketing Manager who can strengthen our brand presence across traditional, digital and on-ground marketing platforms.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing ATL, BTL and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen Aventra's brand visibility, support business growth and create meaningful engagement with customers and healthcare stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be creative, hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to conceptualise campaigns, create marketing content, manage social media platforms and coordinate with internal teams, agencies,



vendors and other stakeholders.

This is a role for someone who can move comfortably from marketing strategy to execution — from planning a campaign to creating the creative, coordinating the event and measuring its impact.

Key Responsibilities1. ATL & BTL Marketing
- Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities in line with the company's business and brand objectives.
- Develop and execute campaigns across print, outdoor, digital, events, exhibitions, trade promotions and other relevant channels.
- Plan and coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, medical events and brand activations.
- Develop cutting-edge BTL activities to improve brand visibility and engagement with hospitals, healthcare professionals, channel partners and other relevant audiences.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, event agencies, printers, production houses and other vendors
