Job Summary

We are looking for a Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support through chat and other digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Chat, WhatsApp, Email, and other digital channels.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, products, returns, refunds, and deliveries.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required turnaround time.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order and customer issue resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Chat Process, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Solid problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Beauty, Wellness, or FMCG will be preferred

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
