We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with 7–15 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably with experience in luxury, premium, pre-owned or high-end cars. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, generating leads, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, online and reference-based customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable luxury/pre-owned vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing and benefits professionally.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales within company guidelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with premium customers for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, Service and Delivery teams for smooth deal closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/sales tracker regularly.
- Maintain professional showroom standards and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated on luxury car models, market prices, competitors and customer trends.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory / Preferred:
- 7-15 years of experience in automobile/car sales.
- Experience with luxury or premium car brands/dealerships is highly preferred.
- Experience in pre-owned luxury car sales will be an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer-handling and relationship-building ability.
- Target-oriented, confident and professionally presentable.
- Good knowledge of cars, features, variants and pricing.
