We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, tender documentation, cost management, and reviewing civil construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOQs for civil works.
- Prepare cost estimates and assist in tender documentation.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
- Identify quantity variations and support cost control activities.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for quantity and BOQ-related requirements.
- Verify measurements and ensure accuracy of quantities.
- Prepare and review rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Monitor variations, additional works, and changes in project scope.
- Guide and support junior quantity surveyors.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables as per client requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Quantity Surveying and Estimation.
- Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Good understanding of civil construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of rate analysis, cost estimation, and variation management.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Qualification
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
