Key Responsibilities
- Perform Zero Base Costing (ZBC) for parts and tooling.
- Analyze cost differences and support buyers in negotiations.
- Conduct supplier financial risk assessments and recommend actions.
- Stay updated on material price trends, machine hour rates, labor rates, and manufacturing processes.
