About the Role

Superhealth Hospitals is building a structured Procurement function and is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp Purchase Executive to join the Supply Chain Management team.

The role will support the end-to-end Source-to-Pay cycle, with a strong focus on vendor coordination, quotation management, commercial comparisons, purchase orders, payment tracking, procurement MIS, and inter-departmental coordination.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can bring process discipline, strong follow-up, commercial understanding, and attention to detail to a growing hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, rate contracts, and commercial offers for medicines, surgical consumables, medical supplies, and other hospital requirements.




- Prepare explicit commercial comparison statements covering price, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial parameters.
- Coordinate with relevant user departments such as Pharmacy, OT, Clinical teams, and Stores for technical confirmation and requirements.
- Prepare, update, and publish regular procurement MIS reports covering procurement status, open POs, vendor performance, pending quotations, approvals, and deliveries.
- Track vendor payment due dates, prepare required documentation, and coordinate with Finance for timely payment processing.
- Act as a key point of contact between Pharmacy, Clinical/OT teams, Finance, Stores, and vendors for procurement-related matters.
- Maintain an organised and audit-ready vendor database, rate cards, quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Support the Indent-to-PO workflow and ensure timely follow-ups on pending quotations, approvals, purchase orders, and deliveries.
