Job Summary

Smartway Entertainment is looking for a skilled, responsible and result-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller accounts.

The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple seller/client accounts simultaneously and should have practical knowledge of complete marketplace operations including product listing, catalogue management, SEO, approvals, promotions, advertising, account health, reporting and support case management.

This is not a basic listing or data-entry role. We are looking for a candidate who can independently execute assigned marketplace tasks and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple seller/client accounts across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho simultaneously
- Handle Amazon Seller Central,



Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel
- Create product listings, bulk listings, variations and catalogues
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords and attributes
- Perform marketplace SEO and keyword research
- Handle GTIN exemptions, brand approvals, category approvals and listing-related approvals
- Resolve suppressed, inactive, blocked and error listings
- Manage pricing and inventory updates
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and refunds
- Monitor Amazon Account Health, performance notifications and policy-related issues
- Raise marketplace support cases and follow up until resolution
- Create and manage coupons, deals, discounts and promotional offers
- Execute organic/free marketplace promotions
- Monitor sales, sessions, traffic, conversion and overall product performance
- Maintain account-wise task tracking for multiple sellers
- Prioritize tasks across different client account
