Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in Ludhiana, with some flexibility for work from home. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, from initial inquiry through visa application and coaching enrollment, ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs,



explaining service offerings, coordinating with advisors and trainers, scheduling consultations and classes, and tracking application and coaching progress. The Relationship Manager will maintain accurate records, follow up with leads, address client concerns, and support clients in preparing documentation and meeting timelines. The role also involves collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to improve processes, support outreach initiatives, and contribute to service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management skills, including interpersonal communication, active listening, and empathy in working with diverse clients.
