As our client portfolio grows, we are looking for a high-ownership Client Success & Digital Account Manager Performance Marketing to manage key client relationships and drive the successful execution of digital marketing programs.

This is a client-facing role combining relationship management, performance marketing understanding, project coordination and business growth.

Role & Responsibility:

The person will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients across India and international markets, particularly hospitals, clinics and healthcare businesses.





You will work closely with client leadership and internal PPC, technology, creative, SEO and digital teams to understand business objectives, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure that initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently engage with senior hospital, clinic or business leaders, understand their concerns, interpret performance data, coordinate multiple teams and drive the right actions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management
- Own day-to-day relationships with assigned clients across India and international markets.
- Build trusted relationships with marketing heads, business leaders and senior management.
- Conduct regular client meetings, account reviews and performance discussions.
- Understand client objectives, expectations and business priorities.
- Proactively communicate progress, challenges, recommendations
