Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Compliance Professionals with strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements. The role involves managing end-to-end compliance activities, client coordination, and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Labour Law Compliance:
- Handling compliances under Shop & Establishment Act, PT, LWF, PF & ESIC
- Tracking registration, renewal, and amendments with proper due-date monitoring
- Ensuring timely renewal of licenses under applicable Acts
- Maintaining statutory registers, records, and documentation
- Display of statutory notices and abstracts as per compliance requirements




- Preparation and submission of statutory returns under various labour laws
- Updating dashboards, MIS, and compliance trackers
- Visiting client locations and government offices as required

2. Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act:
- Preparing monthly compliance reports and maintaining proper records
- Auditing vendor invoices along with supporting documents
- Preparing vendor headcount reports
- Ensuring vendor compliance with statutory requirements

3. Key Skills & Requirements:
- Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
- Experience in handling multi-client and multi-location compliance
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MIS and reporting
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different levels
