Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average bill value, UPT, and store productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce planning.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive, high-performing, and customer-focused work workplace.

Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Build customer loyalty through engagement and relationship management.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.

Store Operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of all store operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.




- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Inventory & Loss Prevention
- Manage stock accuracy and conduct periodic inventory checks.
- Minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and inventory losses.
- Ensure proper handling of stock receipts, transfers, and returns.
- Maintain asset protection and security standards.

Financial Management
- Control store expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Manage cash handling, banking, and daily reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales and financial transactions.

Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain store safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure all team members comply with health and safety guidelines.
