Job Overview

We are looking for a Home Loan Advisor to assist prospective property buyers with home loan financing. The candidate will coordinate with customers, internal sales teams, banks, and housing finance companies to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess customers’ financial eligibility and explain suitable home loan options.
- Collect, verify, and process KYC and financial documents such as ITR, salary slips, and bank statements.
- Coordinate with banks, HFCs, and DSAs for loan applications and approvals.
- Support the sales team by resolving customers’ home loan and financing-related queries.
- Track loan applications, sanctions, and disbursements and provide regular updates.




- Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-up with customers and financial institutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in home loan sales, retail asset lending, loan coordination, or banking/real estate finance.
- Valuable knowledge of home loan processes, banking criteria, and property documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and local languages.
