Build and lead domain-wise recruitment pods for Content, Technology, AI Data Services, SMEs, freelancers, gig workforce, and bulk hiring.

Partner with business and delivery leaders to understand client staffing needs, project timelines, skill requirements, and fulfilment risks. Create cost-effective hiring strategies that improve recruitment ROI, reduce cost per hire, and increase recruiter productivity.

Manage large-scale hiring for roles across course development, instructional design, SMEs, technology, AI data services, BPO-style operations, and project-based delivery.

Develop robust sourcing channels through direct hiring, vendors, freelance platforms, institutions, communities, referrals, and talent pools.

Build and manage a reliable vendor and partner ecosystem for niche, bulk, freelance, and gig workforce requirements.

Drive recruitment governance through dashboards, daily/weekly reviews, hiring funnels, ageing reports, cost analysis, and fulfilment tracking.

Improve key hiring metrics such as time to fill, quality of shortlist, offer-to-join ratio, source ROI,



vendor performance, and joining conversion.

Mentor and develop recruiters into business-aligned talent delivery partners.

Ensure compliance in contracts, onboarding, background checks, NDAs, vendor agreements, freelancer documentation, and client-specific requirements. Qualifications & Experience:

1218+ years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, workforce delivery, staffing, RPO, BPO hiring, IT hiring, gig hiring, or freelance workforce management.

Proven experience in handling high-volume hiring along with niche lateral hiring.

Experience in BPO, KPO, IT services, EdTech, content services, AI data services, staffing, managed services, or outsourcing environments.

Strong understanding of permanent, contractual, freelance, consultant, vendor, and gig workforce hiring models.
