Key Responsibilities

Generate recent leads through calls, references, networking, social media, and other sources.

Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

Conduct product/service presentations and explain benefits clearly.

Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into customers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and other required sales documents.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order execution and customer service.

Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.





Keep updated on competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong convincing and presentation ability.

Customer-oriented approach.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
