Department: Engineering Project Execution

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Execution Officer Manager (Engineering) to oversee and drive the successful execution of engineering projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the on-ground implementation of projects while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge, solid leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of engineering and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate across departments including design, procurement, quality, and site execution to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor progress through detailed execution schedules, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.




- Supervise and support site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective execution of work.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and regulatory compliance on all sites.
- Prepare and present project execution reports including bar chart, monitor the progress and track updates, and status reviews to senior leadership.
- Manage project budgets, resource planning, and cost control measures throughout the execution phase.
- Drive process improvement, innovation, and optimization in project execution methodologies.
- Resolve on-site engineering and operational issues promptly to avoid delays and rework.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master's degree preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in engineering project execution or construction management roles.
