Position: Fabrication / Production Engineer / Supervisor
Location: Hyderabad

Department: Fabrication / Production
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication and production activities as per project requirements.
- Monitor fabrication processes, welding activities, assembly work, and production schedules.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with production teams, quality inspectors, and project engineers.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain project documentation.
- Optimize manpower utilization and improve productivity on the shop floor.
- Ensure timely completion of fabrication and production targets.




- Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores and procurement teams.
- Maintain discipline and safety compliance among workforce.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding processes, and production planning.
- Experience in heavy fabrication, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial projects.
- Ability to handle manpower and shop-floor operations independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with quality standards and safety practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, heavy engineering, EPC, cement, sugar, power, or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
