Position: Medical Liaison Officer - (PRE)
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers and clients
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and direct communication
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback,



and complaints
- Assist with appointment scheduling and front-desk coordination when required
- Collect customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives
