About the Role

This is an ownership-driven Brand & Marketing role.

Management will define the business objective, and the candidate will be responsible for developing the strategy, marketing plan, content calendar, execution approach, and performance measurement required to achieve that objective.

The candidate should be capable of working independently across strategy, planning, content creation, execution and reporting.

We are specifically looking for someone who is hands-on with content creation and does not depend on a Content Writer or Designer for routine marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Strategy

Own and strengthen the Veritos brand across digital and relevant offline platforms.

Understand the company's services, solutions, target audiences, industries and business objectives.

Develop brand positioning, messaging and communication strategies.

Convert management objectives into actionable marketing strategies and plans.

Prepare weekly, monthly and campaign-wise marketing calendars.

Maintain consistency in brand voice,



messaging and visual communication.

Identify opportunities to increase Veritos'' visibility and credibility in the IT and technology sector.

Content Strategy & Creation

Independently create content for LinkedIn, social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, case studies, success stories and other marketing requirements.

Develop content around Software Development, Mobile Applications, E-Governance, ERP, AI, Digitization, Automation and Digital Transformation.

Convert technical information into simple, transparent and engaging business-oriented content.

Develop thought-leadership content and industry-focused communication.

Create content calendars and ensure timely execution.

Use AI tools for research, ideation, content creation and productivity.

Create basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
