Manage end-to-end import purchasing and procurement activities.

Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with international suppliers.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase-related documentation.

Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.

Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, production status, shipment, and delivery.

Handle import documentation including Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, etc.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, banks, and logistics partners.

Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported materials.

Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, shipments, and supplier communications.

Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate procurement based on production and material planning.

Follow up on pending orders, delayed shipments, shortages, and quality-related issues.

Support cost analysis, supplier comparison, and purchase planning.





Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable import procedures.

Prepare regular reports related to purchase orders, pending imports, shipments, and supplier performance.
