Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and civil works as per approved drawings.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan Shuttering will be preferred.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site engineers.
- Ensure proper manpower, material and equipment utilization.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure work is executed as per specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report execution issues.
- Coordinate with civil, structural and finishing teams.
- Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile




- B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Experience in High-Rise Residential / Commercial Projects preferred.
- Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and civil execution.
- Mivan Shuttering experience will be an added advantage.
- Valuable manpower handling and site coordination skills.
- Candidates from construction/developer/contractor companies preferred.
