The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence for Tech Rudraums portfolio of key locking devices, EMI locking solutions, family security systems, and financial-based applications. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver results across assigned territories.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of key locking devices, EMI locking devices, family security solutions, and financial-based applications.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand retailer/distributor networks under the supervision of managers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to retailers and distributors, explaining features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and strategic planning.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure retailer satisfaction through timely resolution of queries.
Product Knowledge & Cross-Selling:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tech Rudraum’s product portfolio, including technical specifications and competitive advantages.
- Advise retailers and distributors on customized solutions for family safety, EMI management, and financial security.
- Actively cross-sell Tech Rudraum’s product suite — R Connect, FinSolve, Task, R Care, T2T, and Family First — to enhance value for retailers and distributors.
- Educate stakeholders on integrated advantages of combining security devices with financial applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor sales officers within the territory to achieve collective goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams for product installation, troubleshooting, and customer training.
