Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

looking for an IT Recruiter / Hiring Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand technical JDs and match candidates with suitable roles.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary discussions, and joining.
- Manage multiple vacancies and maintain recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a robust IT talent pool.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and meet targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
