Job Description: Team Lead – Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and versatile Team Lead – Marketing to plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives across digital, brand, and offline channels. The ideal candidate will lead a small marketing team, own campaign performance end-to-end, and work closely with sales and leadership to drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, social media, paid ads), content/brand, and offline/events channels
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives, assigning tasks and reviewing performance
- Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns
- Track and report on campaign performance (leads generated, engagement, ROI) and optimize strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed
- Manage social media presence, website content,



and marketing collateral
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and local promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Manage marketing budget allocation and ensure cost-effective execution

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
- Robust understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms)
- Experience in content/brand marketing and offline event management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and report insights
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM
