Bliss Red Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-driven Team Leaders and Assistant General Managers (AGMs) to lead sales teams, drive business growth, mentor professionals, and achieve exceptional results in the real estate sector.

Experience & Qualification
-4–8 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in Real Estate
-Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or sales leadership preferred
-Any Graduate | MBA preferred
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
-Own two-wheeler is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
-Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Managers
-Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Handle company-generated leads and support successful conversions
Recruit, train, mentor,



and develop team members
-Conduct client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and site visits
-Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching
-Develop effective sales strategies to maximize revenue
-Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth deal closures
-Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new real estate projects
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Special Requirement for AGM Candidates
Candidates selected for the AGM role must bring and build a team of 2–3 experienced Sales Managers/Executives who will work under their leadership.
The AGM will be responsible for the team’s:

Productivity
Sales targets
Business growth

Candidates with an existing network of experienced sales professionals will have an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
