Are you a technology savvy risk professional passionate about Responsible AI and eager to help organizations embed trust, ethics, and governance into their AI journeys? EY Risk Consulting is expanding its AI Governance and Responsible AI practice, and we are looking for a manager who can bridge AI technology, risk management, and governance to create meaningful impact for our clients.
In this client facing role, you will work with global organizations to operationalize Responsible AI, design and assess AI governance frameworks, evaluate AI/ML risks at a use case level, and test the effectiveness of controls. You will help clients move from high level AI principles to real, on the ground implementation, backed by robust risk assessments, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
The role
As a Manager within Risk Consulting – AI Governance, you will lead complex engagements at the intersection of risk management, AI/ML,
and Responsible AI. You will advise clients on how AI principles (fairness, transparency, accountability, safety, robustness, privacy) are embedded across the AI lifecycle and how governance, controls, and assurance mechanisms are established and tested.
This role is ideal for professionals who either:
Bring strong Risk Management experience with Responsible AI, OR
Have hands on AI/ML experience with Responsible AI operationalization, including root cause analysis and solutioning.
Your key responsibilities
Client Advisory & Delivery
- Lead and deliver AI Governance and Responsible AI engagements, ensuring high quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.
- Advise clients on embedding Responsible AI principles across the AI lifecycle—from ideation and design to deployment and monitoring.
