Bits and Bytes IT Solution is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, client handling and lead conversion, preferably in the Digital Marketing, IT Services, Software, Website Development or related industry.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling leads, communicating with clients, preparing proposals and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, online platforms and other sources.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain and promote company services such as SEO, Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Software Development and related IT services.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Conduct client discussions and presentations.




- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical, marketing and management teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Track sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and lead conversion.
- Valuable knowledge of sales follow-up processes.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS
