Key Responsibilities
- Handle export documentation and shipment processing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA.
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, and other export documents.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.
- Maintain export records and MIS reports.
- Communicate with international customers and vendors.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation.
- Understanding of Incoterms, shipping processes, and international trade.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.




- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in export documentation or export operations preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
