Position Overview
We are looking for Diploma Associate Trainees (DATs) from Textile, Chemical, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines who are interested in building their careers in a global manufacturing environment.
Selected candidates may be deployed across various functions based on their educational background, technical skills, aptitude, and business requirements, including:
- Production SSP / Spinning / Twisting / Weaving
- Polymerization
- Dipping
- Quality Assurance (QA)
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day plant and production operations as per assigned department.
- Monitor machines, processes, parameters and production activities.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Assist in identifying and resolving process, machine or quality-related issues.
