Job Summary

Mulji's is looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure that interior and product installation work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with contractors, carpenters, installers, and labour teams.
- Ensure proper installation of doors, wall panels, laminates, plywood, and other interior products.
- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and site layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients at site.
- Monitor workmanship, material usage, and quality of execution.
- Check measurements and ensure proper installation and finishing.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Identify and resolve basic site-related issues.




- Maintain daily site reports and provide regular updates.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth execution.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in site supervision, interior execution, or installation work.
- Experience in interior products, furniture, plywood, laminates, doors, wall panels, or construction preferred.
- Basic knowledge of site execution and measurements.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings will be an advantage.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage labour, contractors, and vendors.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
