Role Overview
We are looking for a Service & Support qualified with strong analytical and communication skills to support enterprise applications, access provisioning, and day-to-day service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service and support activities for enterprise applications.
- Manage and support access provisioning and related requests.
- Perform basic SQL queries and database-related activities.
- Use Excel formulas for reporting, analysis, and operational activities.
- Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to resolve issues and requests.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Strong proficiency in Excel formulas.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of service and support processes.
- Knowledge of access provisioning and enterprise applications.
- VBA macros and Excel automation knowledge is an added advantage.
